The process for scheduling calls with potential collaborators:

TBD: Consulting one Pagers.

Once this document is completed by the Consulting team we will link it here - refer to this guide to ensure you're connecting to the right people on the right teams before proceeding

It is mission critical to ensure that the DAO or other organization you're meeting with is aligned with the Bankless mission of "onboarding 1 billion people into bankless money systems using media, education and culture." If mission alignment is not there, DO NOT PROCEED!

We are not here to onboard 1 billion people into Bankless DAO.

  1. Choose 3-5 talking points you know bDAO would be interested in knowing about the prospective DAO
    1. 3 is usually good, however it doesn’t hurt to have a couple of “back up conversations” just in case timing is off
  2. Prioritize by importance, anticipate some topics running shorter/longer than planned
  3. Ensure the call is scheduled on sesh bot, including:
    1. Channel (community call stage suggested)
    2. Time, duration
    3. Content (talking points)
    4. Format
    5. Reason for the call
  4. If possible, give yourself a week or two for raising awareness on community calls
    1. The more visibility and aligned the DAO is, the greater the turnout will be
  5. Due to the current nature of our rotating call block, please ensure you’re coordinating with Consultancy & DAOlationships for maximum exposure & momentum
    1. that off week on rotation can kill some momentum on these things. Let's mitigate that collectively

Notes:

That's the process which was used to build the strong relationship with UMA.

Get everyone you need within the bDAO server with DAOplomat tags ASAP and let them know they can get a feel for our community while networking a bit in the interim.

They'll get a bit of a higher turn out if people see them taking an interest in us.

Some things to consider prior to scheduling the call with other Bankless DAO Teams:
