These rules (the “Rules”) govern the Workflow Community Challenge (the “Contest”) organized by Mistral AI, a simplified joint stock company (SAS) listed on the Paris Trade and Companies Register (R.C.S.) under number 952 418 325, with registered offices at 15 RUE DES HALLES, 75001 PARIS, FRANCE (“Mistral AI”).

Before entering into the Contest, each participant must first read and accept these Rules. If you do not agree with these Rules, you may not participate nor win any prize.

Eligibility

The Contest is open to:

• Individuals who are at least 18 years old at the time of entry;
• Residents of countries where participation is not prohibited by local law; and
• Individuals who comply with all applicable laws, these Rules, and any Mistral AI terms, such as the Terms of Service available at https://legal.mistral.ai/terms.

Employees of Mistral AI, its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, and their immediate family members or households, are not eligible.

Mistral AI reserves the right to disqualify incomplete, non-functional, or non-compliant entries.

Contest Period

The Contest is organized between 19 May, 2026 and 26 May, 2026 (the “Contest Period”). Entries submitted outside the Contest Period will not be considered.

How to Enter

To participate, complete the following steps during the Contest Period:

1. Create a Workflow:

   Build an original, functional, and interesting workflow using Mistral Workflows.

   • The workflow must be fully operational and demonstrate a creative or practical use case.

2. Share Your Workflow:

   Publish a public post on LinkedIn or X that includes:

   • A video (≤ 2 min) or GIF demonstrating the workflow in action.
   • A link to the workflow’s code (e.g., GitHub repository or Hugging Face Space).
   • A brief description (in English) explaining its purpose and how it works.

3. Submit Your Entry:

   • Reply to Mistral AI’s official Contest announcement post on Discord or X with a direct link to your public post.

Limit: One (1) entry per person across all platforms (Discord and X). Duplicate or multiple entries from the same individual will be disqualified.

Prize

• The first 50 eligible participants who create a working workflow and follow the entry rules will receive $10 USD in Mistral AI Studio credits.
• One (1) randomly selected eligible participant will receive one (1) free admission ticket to the 2026 AI Now Summit (estimated value: 690 EUR) and $100 USD in Mistral AI Studio credits. The prize only includes the admission ticket, and excludes any transportation or accommodation for the event. If the winner is unable to attend the AI Now Summit, an alternative prize may be offered.
