This workflow is triggered automatically by a file movement in Google Drive.

1. Navigate to Google Drive: Go to your Briefs (Pre-approve) folder.
2. Approve the Brief: Drag and drop the finalized article brief (e.g., [PRE-APPROVE] How to Choose AI Tools...) into the Briefs (Approved) folder.
3. Or, create a new brief: Create a new Google Doc, add your own title, description, headings, topics, etc, and move it to the watched folder.
4. The workflow will start automatically.
