▶️ Input: How to Trigger the Workflow

This workflow starts automatically.

1. Navigate to Google Drive: Go to your Keyword Sheets (Pre-approve) folder.
2. Approve the File: Drag and drop the keyword sheet you curated (e.g., [PRE_APPROVE] ai tools∕informational...) into the Keyword Sheets (Approved) folder.
3. That's it. The workflow will detect the file movement and begin processing.

⚙️ Step-by-Step Breakdown

1. Trigger: The New Keyword Database Trigger node detects a new file in your Keyword Sheets (Approved) folder. The node is set to watch for any updates within the folder. That means, if you change the database content after approving it, this action will trigger Workflow 2 every time.
2. Process Keyword Sheet:
   • The workflow downloads the sheet's content (topic, intent, keywords).
   • It renames the file from [PRE_APPROVE] to [PROD] (for "Production"). This helps you to navigate through files.
