Our hiring process:

  1. You’ll have a chat with a few folks on the team. Working remote can be hard– we look for people who are self-starters and an communicate and collaborate well over long-distances and time zones. We’ll use this time to get to know you, and learn more about the fit.
  2. A short-term contract. If we think there’s a good fit, you’ll get a short-term contract with tasks you’ll encounter regularly in your full-time role. This is to make sure we work well together and can do good work across timezones. This varies in length, ranging from weeks to a month depending on your availability.
  3. Contract upgrading. If the short-term contract goes well, you’ll already be mostly integrated into the team from working together with us. From here we usually present a full-time offer.
