Currently we operate with a hybrid working policy - allowing teams to organise in the way that best works for them.

We believe that the time spent at home doing deep, focused work is invaluable, and that isn't going anywhere. Equally, we believe that the interactions we have in person are really important to building a strong, cohesive team, and sparking the creative ideas required to achieve our mission. We think this is especially important as a nimble, early stage business.

What this means for you:

• Commercial, Ops, and Product Team members are expected to be able to meet in person about 1-2 days every week (more often than that is fine!)
• Engineering Team members are encouraged to come to the office 1-2 days every week, but we are open to speaking to candidates who are open to coming to our office once a month.
• Our offices are located in Farringdon, Central London.
• Upon joining, you will be able to upgrade your setup with our dedicated WFH budget
