Challenge: LayerFlow struggled to position its cross-chain messaging system amid heavy competition and unclear UX benefits.

➢ I conducted market research to position Crossline against top cross-chain competitors.

➢ Redefined the go-to-market strategy focusing on DeFi and gaming integrations.

➢ Rewrote key sections of their whitepaper and investor pitch.

Result: Clarified their product narrative, helping them close their pre-seed round and form BD partnerships with 2 L1s before mainnet.
