  1. Acceptance of Terms By accessing or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
  2. Description of Service Word Edit is a document editing application that allows users to create, edit, convert, and export documents and spreadsheets on iOS devices.
  3. Subscriptions The App offers auto-renewable subscriptions to access premium features:

Weekly subscription: $3.99/week Annual subscription: $19.99/year Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase. Subscription automatically renews unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage and cancel subscriptions in your device Settings > Apple ID > Subscriptions. No refunds will be provided for the unused portion of a subscription term. 4. Free Trial Certain subscriptions may include a free trial period. If you do not cancel before the trial ends, you will be automatically charged the subscription fee.

  1. User Content All documents you create or import are stored locally on your device. You retain full ownership of your content. We do not access, collect, or store your documents.
  2. Acceptable Use You agree not to use the App for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws or regulations.

  2. Description of Service Word Edit is a document editing application that allows users to create, edit, convert, and export documents, spreadsheets, and presentations on iOS devices. Features include rich text editing, 17+ built-in templates, format conversion, OCR text recognition, wireless printing, and multi-format export.
  3. Subscriptions The App offers the following auto-renewable subscription plans to access premium features including export, printing, format conversion, and OCR recognition:

Weekly Plan: $3.99 per week, auto-renews every 7 days Weekly Plan (First-Time Offer): $3.99 per week with a 3-day free trial, auto-renews every 7 days after trial ends Annual Plan: $19.99 per year, auto-renews every 12 months Annual Plan (Limited Discount): $12.99 per year, auto-renews every 12 months Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase. For plans with a free trial, no charge will be made during the trial period. If you do not cancel before the trial ends, you will be automatically charged the subscription fee.

Subscription automatically renews unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage and cancel subscriptions at any time in your device Settings > Apple ID > Subscriptions. No refunds will be provided for the unused portion of a subscription term.

  1. Free Trial Certain subscription plans may include a free trial period. During the free trial, you can access all premium features at no charge. If you do not cancel before the free trial ends, your Apple ID account will be automatically charged the applicable subscription fee. Each Apple ID is eligible for one free trial only.

  3. Acceptable Use You agree not to use the App for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws or regulations. You agree not to reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App.
  4. Intellectual Property The App and its original content, features, templates, and functionality are owned by Word Edit and are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute the App without prior written consent.
  5. Disclaimer of Warranties The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that the App will be error-free, uninterrupted, or free of viruses or other harmful components.
