Affinity groups at Notion are employee-led groups and communities that support, promote, and celebrate culture and or identity, and are tied to Notion’s IDEA pillars of Inclusion, Diversity, Equitability, and Anti-Racism aimed to help employees find support within the larger organization.

The Women@ affinity group aims to accelerate gender equity in the workplace by giving women and non-binary people opportunities to bring their whole selves to Notion and thrive in their careers.

As a way of celebrating Women’s History Month, which is observed during the month of March, we brought together a few employees from our Women@ affinity group to share more about themselves and their experience as members of Women@ Notion.

Let us introduce you to them 👋
