This winter I had an intensity of neck pain I’ve never experienced before. I had a myofascial release session with Marty Miller in Carborro. Afterwards I moved in this bamboo grove on the edge of Wilson park.

This bamboo grove is across from the Living Room, a community organizing space in Durham.

A larger species than Heron’s grove, or the groves we’ve found in Carborro/Chapel Hill. Most of the stalks are too wide to grasp around.
