Overview
Wine Night occurs on the first Tuesday of every month. The event features guided tastings, focused education, and curated food and cheese pairings in an intimate setting for 10–25 guests.
- Theme: Rotating focus by region, varietal, or method
- Partners: Culture Cheese Shop for pairings. Kitchen produces event-specific dishes. Wine Rep. also present for information.
- Coordinator: General Manager owns end-to-end planning and execution unless specified otherwise.
Space and Reservations
- Location: Main dining + adjacent booths at tables 31–33 and 21–23
- Hold space: Mark those tables as unavailable in Yelp well in advance of the time (marked unavailable no later than 5pm)
Dates and Capacity
- Recurrence: First Tuesday monthly
- Ideal guest count: 16–22
- Max capacity: 25
- Table configuration: Use booths for small groups and a few four tops for flexibility
Roles and Responsibilities
- General Manager: Theme, wine selections with Rep., run-of-show, guest comms, hosting
- Wine Representative: Provides wines, supports education and tasting notes
- Kitchen Manager: Menu planning and prep for pairings, coordinates service timing
- Support Server/Expo: Table resets, water, glassware
