Hey I'm Will, a practicing leader in building digital products and software design. I'm currently working remotely from Brisbane, Australia. At the moment I'm focused on the automated analytics space at Hyper Anna. I work within strategy and delivery on research, product and design. We were recently acquired by Alteryx, which has been an exciting new phase. This has involved an intense due diligence process, high growth and the challenge of integrating a tiny startup into a giant tech company. These challenges include relationship building, aligning tools and processes and identifying the needs and goals of different parts of the organization whilst continuing to add value frequently for our customers
Within a team, I am the rational, determined & hands-on guy. I love using frameworks and metrics in a pragmatic way to build and execute high impact business strategies.
I work collaboratively across departments from pre-sales to support within all levels of a company to identify customer and user needs that drive product metrics to achieve business goals. I work at all altitudes from deep in delivery to providing direction for discovery projects, and working within a team to shape product and company vision through design.
