About founder

My name is Michaela Sindlerova, and I am an HR professional from Slovakia, working as a Freelancer for companies operating worldwide.

I’m committed to fostering human relations, enhancing employee engagement, shaping company cultures, and HR strategies that align with business goals. With a strong foundation in psychology, employer branding, and HR processes, my career has taken me through a dynamic journey - from talent sourcing in recruitment agencies, building HR departments from the ground up in fast-growing, successful companies, and leading HR marketing in the corporate world. I am a Founder of brand hi:re studio and also Co-Founder of brand HRlab.sk.

For over 10 years, I have been working in various areas of human resources. My passion for HR started during my university studies. Throughout my career, I have specialized in recruitment and selection, setting up HR processes across different areas (onboarding, offboarding, legal, learning and development, and more), and building employer branding & HR marketing, where I seamlessly connect psychology with both HR and marketing.
