Why are my notifications not being sent out?

Please check that Automatic emails are not disabled by following steps 1 and 2 of the guide below:

Please check the inventory isn't 0 for the product you are trying to send out emails for.

Please allow NBIS 1-2 hours to automatically perform this check and trigger notifications.
