For the longest time, I thought I just needed more discipline.
New week, new plan. Another app. Another to-do list. Another “this time I’ll really do it.”
And then…. nothing. Or a few days of something, and then I’d stall out. The overwhelm would creep in. I’d avoid everything until it felt too big to even look at.
But it wasn’t always like that.
If someone else was around - even just quietly doing their own thing - it was like my brain stopped fighting me so much. I could finally start.
Apparently there’s a name for that: body doubling.
It just means working near someone else so your brain stops spinning long enough to do stuff.
So now we’re building a small online space for that.
Cameras optional. No grind mindset.
Just people, quietly showing up.
Shared focus. Shared stillness.
A gentle nudge when your brain feels stuck.
If you’ve been having a hard time getting started - on chores, work, anything - maybe this could help.
No pressure at all, but if it sounds like something you’d want to try, we’d love to have you on the waitlist. 💛
