AI is everywhere — but operations are still duct-taped together.

We’ve upgraded our interfaces. We’ve added language models. But the underlying workflows? Still scattered across docs, messages, spreadsheets, scripts, and fragile automation.

You describe a process once in a document. Then again in a workflow tool. Then again in a prompt.

Intent multiplies — but execution never consolidates.

What actually gets done is held together by best effort, manual recovery, and increasingly improvised glue.

The Pattern is Everywhere:

• Teams define logic in meetings
• Summarize it in tools
• Implement it in scripts
• Re-express it for AI
• Then debug it in threads when something goes wrong

Execution becomes a side effect — not a system.

We’re drowning in cognitive output: strategies, goals, predictions, prompts. But when it comes time to run, we rely on memory, hacks, or hope.
