The Atomic platform allows you, as a channel partner, to offer your end customers with a white labelled portal that is completely branded in your image.

The white label portal can be used in any one of our voice products like SIP Trunks, MS Teams Direct Routing and Hosted Voice. For Hosted Voice accounts, it is important that you set this up so that your end users can manage their cloud PBX directly.

If you do not see this menu, this would mean that this feature has not been enabled on your account and you should contact your Account Manager to get this enabled.

Customising your user portal

There are several elements that you can customise on the user portal:

  1. The logo on the site
  2. The colour of the banner
  3. The main picture on the login page
  4. The URL for the page
  5. The Favicon
  6. The web page Tab title
  7. Custom SMTP for Email Notification (only applicable for Hosted Voice)
