What happens to inbound messages?

You will enter our [ $5 grace period ] and roomly bot will handle $5 worth of inbound messages for you during this period ( depends on your plan it is from 10 to 25 messages , every time we receive inbound messages during grace period we will send a error email to user's email address in the system for notification of insufficient funds
After grace period ends ( when we received more than 10 more inbound messages ) roomly will stop responding all together

What happens to Conversation Dashboard?

You can still do the normal conversation dashboard activities including search, star/un-star, delete conversations
You will be returning to conversation page when you tried to send message and an error message indicating insufficient fund will be displayed there.

Insufficient fund in roomly wallet only stop inbound and outbound messages handling while all the other dashboards remains no change.
