If you find that you are clicking 'Find People' or 'Fetch Emails' but nothing is happening, the likely solution is that you are logged into your Chrome browser in a different account to that of your Google Account. This is a known Google issue and not connected to Pickaxe.


We recommend either:

  1. Logging into your GSuite account and using Pickaxe from an incognito browser.
  2. Ensuring that your browser account is the same as your Drive account (as per the video above)
