I led the end-to-end redesign, from discovery to launch — collaborating with PMs, developers, and CSMs to make the experience faster, unified, and AI-driven.
As WhatsApp became a key marketing channel, the old editor started showing its cracks.
It was slow, inconsistent, and hard to personalize, making even simple tasks frustrating.

The editor was built on a separate backend delivery system, not the main Customer Engagement platform, which led to multiple problems.
