Summary of Last Season

Last season we made tremendous progress on goals that we as a council decided upon. Our goal was to functionally and visually transform. I am confident that these goals have been met, barring some limitations we aim to fix this season. Implementation of the tier system caused us to be more cognizant of the funds we deploy with respect to their ROI’s.

- We need a good, interesting website that incorporates our rebrand and voice
- I imagine Ash will take pain on this with some assistance
- As is we have two ways of generating revenue

Dropping new IP
Yorks ddi have a plan to generate some trading volume and I think it was a good idea that we could workshop
- I, with some support from others, have been generating the tile sets we can use for the two purposes listed above.
- The process of our release has the same importance of the IP itself.

Continued marketing initiatives and twitter campaigns

Going into season 3, @BitWizard and @Spacefe Fe will make a push to structure our twitter and give it its own “cult of personality”. @BitWizard will be giving strategic advice, and I will help when needed.
