In order to set up your Getro account quickly and efficiently, it's imperative that we work together as a team! Here is a quick-and-easy checklist of what we need from you and what to expect from us.

Before setup starts:
- [ ] Attend an onboarding call scheduled by a Getro customer success manager
- [ ] Complete the Job Board Setup Information form
- [ ] Provide the complete list of companies to initially populate the job board in the Job Board Setup Information form
- [ ] Provide a payment source
- [ ] Provide a backup contact for when you are not available
During Setup:
- [ ] Be responsive to the Getro team if any clarification is needed about your setup information
Before job board launch:
- [ ] Validate the job board look and feel within 7 days of receiving the preview using the Job Board Review Checklist provided in the Getro Setup Portal
After job board launch:
- [ ] Contact [email protected] to submit changes to the job board, which may incur additional fees.
