New check-in feature
We have a new check-in feature for your guests. By using this link, guests can self-book their own times. All they need to verify is their Surname, Check-in date and original contact number of the booking, which can be updated later.
Here is what we would recommend putting into your Welcome messages being sent to your guests in the booking confirmation right after they book with you.

Regional areas such as Mornington have been added to our **price calculator.** This feature is only accessible if you have an account. Users can sign up for free.

We take transparency and visibility seriously at KeyNinja, the new report issue feature allows our cleaners to flag potential issues in a timely manner.

Ad hoc job request
The new Ad hoc jobs request feature allows you to book in all types of customised jobs pertaining to Airbnb hosting.
You can book a job by going to My Bookings page, and clicking on the Create New button.

Improvement ****
"Deep Clean" toggle replaced with "Extra Time"
When editing certain bookings, you will notice that the "Deep Clean" toggle is now replaced with "Extra Time".
The "Deep Clean" component has always been something of a moving part and calculating a cost has proven to be very tricky. The "Extra Time" component will hopefully cater and handle more exceptions if ever there are tricky cleans/check-in.
Our support team will always run these exceptions by you or your team before the process and cost is finalised and agreed upon.

The photo loading speed has now significantly improved on both list views and within editing of property.
