Here's what happened between now and our last update!

With this month's release, you'll now be able to direct your reply in Ask threads to the appropriate person. Up until now, Ask owners received emails whenever there was a new reply, but it wasn't possible to notify a specific users. Now the user who is specified as the recipient of the reply receives an email whenever a reply is posted.
You can now search for users based on their organization chart information. In addition to narrowing down the search results by department, the department and its organization tree of which the user belongs to will be displayed on their profile page.
The new security setting asks you to enter an authentication code sent to your designated phone number after you log in with your ID and password. The function is under the "Settings" page in the menu that appears when you click your profile icon in the upper right corner.
Clicking the Set up and activate MFA now button will take you through the appropriate steps

For reasons of accurately maintaining the latest information, company related information was only editable by Admin users or via requests made to Beatrust. With the increase of customer feedback, however, we've made the change so that users can now edit their own information (although some items are not editable). Please note that displayed items differ by organization.
