New Features since July 26:

• Subscribers only: use premium Google OCR for text extraction, and get in-line translation after text extraction
• Brand new text extraction selection UI
• On photo galleries across the site: you can now zoom and pan on both mobile and desktop. This helps when examining larger images like ones with text
• You can now remove relationships on the family tree, and also add relationships to existing persons in your family tree. This allows you to fix mistakes much more easily! (though honestly its still quite complicated to do)
• Fixed a problem with RecordFinder where the same record would be recommended to multiple siblings
• RecordFinder: when adding new relatives, you can now see existing relatives for reference
• New events & workshops page with video links, and upcoming schedule
• Revamped the family tree person selection UI to be more convenient-- especially for people on desktop
• Included above: new "quick add relative" interface, which should be easier to use
• Various bug fixes, interface tweaks, and performance optimizations
• Started rolling out descriptions for popular OCN cities (see San Francisco which is the only one now) on our overseas communities database, with immigration history and other information
• Your how-to intro video is up on relevant pages now. Maybe worth linking in your update email so people know there is a video explaining how the whole thing works
