It is popularly known that tasty and delicious food is fattening and bland food is healthy. Well, food that looks good, tastes great and looks beautiful is good for us too! Provided it is made with proper hygiene, provided it is cooked with love and provided we only eat what we need to eat.

We are what we eat. It shows on our face, whether we had our meal on time and whether we ate a wholesome dinner. Any food that is recommended to be eaten to lose weight makes one’s health run in the opposite direction of wellness.

How can you lose weight in a few days or months when it took those many years to put on in the first place? If you believe that what goes up has to come down, then how about sizing and measuring up other qualities?
