A shareholder is a collaborator who is entitled to a percentage of the Sound Recording revenue associated with a specific creative work (such as a song or a Music Video). Examples of shareholders include producers, managers, videographers, performers, etc.
It's important to note that Stem's splits do not reflect the ownership of the work, just the way that the Sound Recording revenue should be split after Stem takes their fee.
