Your subscription will automatically renew unless you cancel it at least twenty-four (24) hours before the scheduled renewal date. Such cancellation must be effected through your account settings. Upon successful cancellation, a confirmation notification will be issued for your records.
You bear sole responsibility for the timely cancellation of your subscription. Failure to cancel within the stipulated timeframe as specified in your selected plan shall not entitle you to a refund.
Except as expressly provided herein, no refunds, whether partial or prorated, shall be issued for unused subscription time, cancellations made mid-cycle, or periods of account inactivity.
Monthly Plans and Trials: For monthly subscription plans, cancellation effected during the initial seven (7) day free trial period shall result in no charges. Following the expiration of the aforementioned trial period, no refunds will be granted for monthly subscription plans.
Annual Plans: Annual subscription plans do not include a trial period and are strictly non-refundable once payment processing has been completed.
Uninstalling smartli.ai from your store will not trigger a cancellation of your subscription; hence, you must cancel the service first to avoid being billed.
We maintain comprehensive access logs, subscription agreements, and user consent records, which may be utilized to support any investigations related to chargeback disputes.
