Ok, day 7! Have been updating on hona.io with proof of daily updates. Have also been engaging with a few others around this whole process. Documenting all learnings over on . Today am going to try and focus on "Lone Wolf Syndrome." I have some writings from the past, so I might try to copy, paste, and edit though with some of my own current (updated) views. Didn't start writing at the same time today, but 11am is feeling a bit better than 10am.

Lone Wolf Syndrome (LWS) often refers to individuals who are trying to do everything on their own but struggling, consistently.
They have a learned - perhaps wrongly - that if they work with others, they suffer. It's usually because they work with the wrong types of people.
So instead of trying again, they decide to do everything on their own because they can probably do it better, and there is nobody else better for the job.
They tell themselves these stories regularly and instil a sense of dread when it comes to working within a team, when in reality they could be the maverick. They operate well alone but there are still so many lessons for them to learn on how to work better with others - shifting the blame, instead of understanding how to take responsibility.
