📖 Kleros is an online dispute resolution platform. Organizations use it to resolve complaints from customers or citizens quickly, at low cost, and with a demonstrably impartial process.
When a dispute is submitted, a panel of independent evaluators reviews the evidence from both sides and applies a pre-agreed ruleset called the Dispute Policy to reach a decision. The process runs entirely online and typically concludes in days.
⚠️ Kleros is designed for low and medium-value disputes where speed, cost, and perceived fairness matter most. It is not a replacement for courts or formal legal systems. It adds a fast, online option that operates before or alongside those channels.
| Metric | Value |
|---|---|
| Cases resolved | 2,500+ |
| Cases escalated to courts or regulators afterward | 0% |
| Compliance rate (companies honoring Kleros rulings) | 100% — In every case resolved through Kleros Enterprise to date, the organization has complied with the ruling. This means no company has refused to honor a Kleros decision once the dispute was submitted to the process. |
