InTUNE Training is a revolutionary approach to a physical activity. It’s different than most exercise programs so here some important details about it.


It’s hard to fit exercise into your day, even when you fully appreciate its value. Life just gets in the way.


InTUNE stands for Integrative and opportunistic training. The daily workout program provides a useful way to integrate movement into and throughout your day, and do so when the opportunities strike!

It can also simplify your daily routine by giving you a body weight-oriented workout you can do anywhere, whenever you have a minute (literally).


Each day schedules a new InTUNE workout. Each workout is comprised of one-to-several exercises with a repetition (rep) or time goal for each exercise, like so:

By reps

  1. Sit-ups: 50 reps
  2. Pike press: 30 reps
  3. Lunges: 80 reps

By time

  1. Wall sits: 120 secs
  2. Plank: 180 secs

**YOU HAVE UNTIL DAY'S END TO COMPLETE...**Your window to complete the day's InTUNE workout is from when you wake up in the morning to when you go to bed at night. That's right, you have the whole day to get the reps done and you don't have to do them all at once.
