The candidate can drop out if they get a job that pays >$50K/Year within the first 4 weeks of their orientation date. In such a case, the contract will be voided and the candidate does not have to pay anything.

Trial Period: GetMeHired Pro candidates get to try out the Bootcamp for 1 week before the contract signature is due. After the 1 week trial period, the Income Share Agreement will be effective based on the following schedule.

Since we are not a staffing/consulting company, we mentor, train and push candidates to get the best offer, whichever source that may come from—it could be direct hires to reputed companies (e.g. Google, Amazon, etc) or through our network of reputable staffing companies who hire based on projects at other large companies.
