If the payment on your account is overdue, your service may be disrupted or suspended. In addition:
- If you are on a partner program rate, the special pricing may no longer apply
- There may be additional late fees added
- There may be additional interest fees charged
- If your account continues to remain unpaid, your service will be disconnected
If your service is disrupted or suspended:
- You may not be able to reconnect your KeyNinja service
- You may not be able to retrieve your keys handed to us in our care
- Additional services may not be provided for your account

🗒️ We may also refer your account to a Collections Agency for debt recovery purposes and inform a credit reporting agency (including to list a default on your credit file). In addition, we may also take legal action regarding the outstanding account.

If you pay your KeyNinja bill via direct transfer or direct debit from a bank account, the payment may still remain overdue for the following reasons:
- the transfer is still in progress (payments can take up to 5 business days to process)
- Your direct debit bank account may have been closed; orthe payment may, for various reasons, have been declined by your bank
- So, if you made a payment close to the due date, KeyNinja may not receive it until after the due date, meaning your account may appear overdue for a few days. In such cases, the status of your account will be corrected once payment is recorded as received.
- If your payment is received before the outstanding balance is 8 (or more) days overdue, your KeyNinja service(s) will not be interrupted.
