Mozambican male and female victims are sexually abused and exploited in forced labour. Additionally, Persons with albinism (PWA), including children, are increasingly vulnerable to trafficking for the purpose of organ removal. (United States of America Department of State, 2020)

Between 2017 and 2018 there were 56 recorded victims exploited in forced labour and 8 exploited in sex trafficking. Of these, labour trafficking cases as the form of exploitation have been consistently higher than those of sex trafficking. (United States of America Department of State, 2020)
