Step 1: Watch the Update Video

The update video explains our recent system changes and how the Immense Consulting Group Credit Workflow operates moving forward.

Step 2: Submit the Requested Form

After watching the video, you will be prompted to complete the Credit Bureaus Access Form.

To ensure our records are current and accurate, all clients are required to complete this form, even if credit logins were previously submitted. Once the form is submitted, no further action is required from you at this stage.

Step 3: Wait for Assigned Customer Service Representative Outreach

After submission, please allow time for review. An Assigned Customer Service Representative will reach out to you directly when your file is ready to be worked.

Step 4: Dispute Processing

Once your Customer Service Representative reaches out:

  1. They will begin processing disputes
  2. Please be communicative and responsive if verification codes or information are requested

The Credit Caller/Dispute Processor will then complete the dispute process.
