Often, when we look at our Values, and think about our Values…

They are extremely Noble.

We have many things that we say we believe and value…

But do we really?

I want you to go back through your list of values and ask…

How am I living this?

Many people have a disconnection between what they say they believe and what they do in their actions.

The person who says they care about the homeless, but does not give time or money to support those in need.

The parent who says they value their children, but does not spend time with them.

The individual who says they value nature, but does not remember the last time they saw the outdoors or wildlife.

The goal of this lesson is to bridge the disconnection between what you say you value and how you are currently living.

I challenge you to pick three ways to better live your values…

One that falls under your Love Identities…

One that falls under your Work Identities…

One that falls under your Energy Identities.

I would also challenge you to pick at least one of these and turn it into a 100 Day Challenge that you are not currently doing.

What you do is up to you.

You could begin to donate to support a cause you value.

You could donate time and volunteer for a cause.

You could spread awareness of something you value.
