Although we will not be able to come together to perform service this year, our goal is to continue to spread the theme of volunteerism while also providing educational sessions on 6 important topics. Registration for the virtual educational sessions listed below is open to everyone and will be a great way for community members to learn more about the societal issues that affect all of us everyday. Please feel free to register for as many sessions as you would like.

One of the main goals of UCLA Volunteer Day is to foster and create a life long commitment to volunteerism for our community members. A vital part of promoting that commitment is creating the connection between our volunteers and the non-profit organizations that we partner with. Did you know that 1 donation can potentially save up to 3 lives? Every 2 seconds someone in the U.S. needs blood. Less than 38 percent of the population is eligible to give blood or platelets. Blood and platelet donations are greatly needed within the United States.
