This is not a passive networking group.
It’s a space designed to help female founders grow through meaningful relationships, tactical business education, accountability, curated opportunities, and immersive founder experiences.
We built WLTH Collective because entrepreneurship can feel incredibly lonely, especially for women building ambitious things.
Our goal is simple: to create the kind of room we wish more founders had access to: high-signal, supportive, strategic, honest, and deeply connective.

| Monthly LVL Up | structured ask/offer opportunities curated in our Skool community to help members make and receive introductions, find collaborators, hire, solve problems, create partnerships and support one another. There is also an optional 30-45 min drop-in live session if you have anything you want to ask of us or the community. |
| Monthly Focus and Flow | because insight without implementation changes nothing. Expect a mix of digital coworking lock-ins, sprint sessions, hot seats and accountability check-ins to turn idea into action - they can last from 30 min to 2h+ depending on the format. |
| Monthly Connection Experiences | we host virtual socials, fireside chats, reflection sessions, and wellness experiences such as expert-guided breath work sessions. They usually last about an hour. |
| Quarterly WLTH HAUS | quarterly 5-7 night retreat experience. HAUS is slower, more immersive, and more transformational. Expect strategic sessions, reflection, coworking lock-ins, nervous system reset, meaningful conversations, and deeper support and accountability. The goal is not just inspiration. It’s clarity, connection, momentum, and transformation. |
