Some people think I’ve been fit my whole life.

Let me tell you, absolutely not. I was four stone overweight from the age of 17.

I was the girl who made every excuse NOT to go on a night out because she hated the thought of getting ‘dressed up.’

And at my lowest? The girl who quietly cried walking up a hill behind her friend because she couldn’t keep up.

In desperation, I tried it all. Slimming World. Weight Watchers. PT. SlimFast. Keto. Dragging myself to the gym 7 days a week.

Nothing worked. I thought I just wasn’t trying hard enough or that my metabolism was ‘broken.’ (I laugh now..)

I thought I’d never look like the strong, confident women I saw walking around in the gym.

Until one day, one of those women showed me a photograph of where she started. And she looked just like me.

That was the moment everything changed.

Because it made me think… if she can do it, why can’t I?

The only difference was that she had the right plan and someone to guide her through it.

So, I hired my first coach and the rest is history.

Fast forward to now?

I’m a competitive bodybuilder. I don’t hide on away. I don’t feel stuck. I’ve rebuilt my body, mindset, and identity from the ground up.

And now I coach women who feel exactly like I used to.

The ones who train, but still don’t look like they lift. The ones who hide in baggy gym tops, avoid mirrors, and wonder why their body never reflects the work they put in.

That’s who I help.

Because I was her.

And if I can change?

The Alpha Movement

I founded The Alpha Movement as a response to something I kept seeing over and over again; women training hard, showing up week after week, doing “all the right things” and still looking exactly the same.

This isn’t an 8 week fat-loss club.

It’s for women who want to build a physique that screams “I train. Hard.”

Maybe you train consistently. Maybe you’re disciplined in every other part of your life ie; your career. But for some reason, your body still doesn’t represent the work you put in.
