TallerBoost uses your age, current height, parents' height, sleep, and lifestyle habits to estimate your height potential. The number updates as you log new data over time. It is an estimate, not a medical prediction.
Your plan is built from your profile inputs and adjusts based on what you complete, skip, or log each week. Stretching sessions, sleep targets, posture check-ins, and nutrition suggestions all adapt to your progress.
Go to your Profile, tap Settings, and select "Retake Onboarding." Your plan will be rebuilt based on your new answers.
You can ask the AI Coach anything about height, posture, sleep, or nutrition through the Coach tab. Responses are generated automatically and are for general guidance only, not medical advice.
Chat history syncs when you're connected to the internet. If a session is missing, make sure you're signed in and have an active connection.
TallerBoost helps you build the habits associated with healthy growth and good posture: better sleep, regular stretching, balanced nutrition, and stronger postural muscles. Outcomes depend on your age, genetics, and consistency. We do not guarantee specific height changes.
Open the Settings app on your iPhone → Apple ID → Subscriptions → TallerBoost → Cancel Subscription. You'll keep Premium access until the end of your billing period.
