Along the way, we’ve tried a bunch of different things across org design and product (some worked, some didn’t 🙂). We like to think we’re “ruthlessly first principles”.
We’re open-sourcing some of our thinking to help make it easier for like-minded folks to find us. We fully expect (and regularly see) some people explicitly declining to start an interview process after reading some of our content. We interpret that as a signal that we’re saying actually meaningful things.
