What to expect?

• Information session (about 30 minutes).
• International Support Team Café: have a coffee or another refreshment, have a chat with us and get some more information, get your hands on our totebag with freebies.
• After the information session, you have the opportunity to meet these partners: the University Language Center (UCT), the students of the “Talk it out” session, Erasmus Student Network (ESN) and International Konvent, Helan (Belgian health care fund), the UGent Housing Office, the UGent shop (hoodies and sweaters!).

Register for 1 timeslot. Choose from the following possible slots on September 21, 22 or 23:

• Wednesday September 21, 13.30 - 15.30

• Wednesday September 21, 16.30 - 18.30

• Thursday September 22, 10.00 - 12.00

• Thursday September 22, 14.00 - 16.00

• Thursday September 22, 18.00 - 20.00

• Friday September 23, 10.00 - 12.00

• Welcome activities at the different faculties (check your faculty program here!)
