Overview

WeekCrafter is built to help you plan smarter — not to collect data about you. We collect only what's necessary to make the app work, we don't sell your data, and we don't use it for advertising. This policy explains exactly what we collect, how we use it, and how you can delete it.

What We Collect

Account Information When you create an account, we collect:

• Your email address
• A display name (username) you choose
• The date you joined

Your password is never stored by us — it is securely hashed and managed by Supabase, our authentication provider.

If you sign in with Apple, Apple shares your name and email with us on your first sign-in only. We use this solely to create your display name.

Study Data To provide the app's core features, we store:

• Your study schedule and weekly time slots
• Logged study sessions, including subject, date, start time, duration, and any notes you add
• Your subject/topic list and weekly study goal
• Resources and links you save, along with any notes attached to them
• App preferences such as theme, time format, and display settings

How We Use Your Data

We use your data exclusively to operate WeekCrafter:

• To display your schedule, progress, and history
• To calculate your streaks, XP, and study breakdowns
