It shows cell-laden (OB) in hydrogel with fluorescence microscopy.

Upper panel A showed cells distribution with a magnification of 4x. Lower panel B showed cells morphology with a magnification of 10x.

Confocal microscopy with cell-laden type and surface type.

With confocal microscopy, we can examine the distribution of cells in the scaffold with a 3D view. In panel B, cell-laden type has a better 3D cell morphology while surface type OBs were constricted on the surface the migration was very limited. However, surface type had better cell proliferation compared with cell-laden type.

Mineralization pattern was found in micro-CT image

Several high density dots as possible mineralization were found in micro-CT. The pattern followed no obvious rule.
