Monday (2 hrs):
- Short-game mastery (distance control): 1 hr
- Range target practice (simulated greens): 1 hr
Wednesday (2 hrs):
- Conditioning session (mobility/speed): 1 hr
- Mental routine drills: 1 hr
Friday (2 hrs):
- Pressure putting & chipping competition: 1 hr each
Sunday (4 hrs):
- 9-hole scoring round & focused practice: 4 hrs total
