Setting up your account

This is a part one video tutorial of me setting up my Google Analytics account. In this video, I am going into detail step by step guiding you on how to set up a GA account.

Google Analytics is a tech tool that allows you to track and analyze your website traffic, traffic meaning your online visitors. GA tracks how many visitors you're getting on your website and where they are coming from.

This is a great marketing tool to show which of your ads are bringing the most viewers to your website.

Steps

• Go to the Google Analytics website.
• Sign into your google account or create a google account if you don't already have one.
• Click the Sign Up button

• Choose website option
• Your account name will usually be your business name
• Put your website domain name in for "website name" (ex: mywebsite.com)
• Put in your website URL
• Industry category is optional but highly recommended
• Lastly include your time zone
