In our lecture this week we looked at IDEO's frame your design challenge and where told to meet as a group so that we could completed it and figure out where our projects are heading.

So me and my group met up and the first part that we did was "What is the problem you are trying to solve" we have decided that the health section we wanna look at is mental health more importantly mental health in young adults as we felt that it is very current and is something that has affected us all during COVID and the lockdowns. So our problem is "Over the last year students and young adults have seen and increase in mental and physical health and are unaware how to combat these issues". We decided that we would specifically look at preventation.

We then went onto the second part and decided on different ways that we could solve our problem and we came up with 6 different ideas. An Idea that I have had since then is an app that gives you an ew challenge every week that has to do with keeping a healthy lifestyle for mind and body.

We then framed our problem as a design question that we can work off

The next section was to come up with some constraints that we may face when creating this. Some we though of where that cause of COVID it may limit our research or that for our AR idea AR isn't readily available to everyone.

The next part was to figure out the impact we are trying to have by solving this problem which is to improve physical and mental health of young adults b giving them the tools to do this.

The final section was to redesign our question so we changes it too:

As a group we though this was a better question than the original as it more in depth than the original and more to the point of what we want to solve.
