You can display the QR code here again if you have already submitted the registration form and have the payment reference code. If you have lost the code and you need the payment details, please contact the organizers.
Once the participation fee has been paid, the application is binding and the amount is non-refundable. However, if you are unable to attend, you can send a substitute in your place or contact us. If we find a substitute for you, we will offer you a partial refund (e.g. 50%). Thank you for understanding and respecting these conditions — places are limited.
