Overview

We're hiring a full stack developer to work across two Webflow sites: Fraser's Medical (frasersmedical.com) and DecidED Education. This page is the scope of work for that engagement — read top to bottom, it's ordered by what should happen first.

The overarching issue

Both sites have drifted from their style guides and picked up Webflow technical debt: duplicate components, unused styles and symbols, and structural inconsistencies. This isn't just cosmetic — it makes simple edits risky (see the "And More..." bug under Known Bugs, where one component change cascades to cards it shouldn't touch). Fixing this foundation is priority one. Everything else below builds on top of it.
