Overview

The Seev AI Assistant for Cisco Webex is a Webex integration that lets you interact with your Seev RFP projects directly within Webex spaces. Powered by the Seev Copilot, it can read your RFP documents, search your knowledge base, and answer project-related questions, all without leaving Webex.

The bot supports English and French and automatically detects your language preference.

All responses are AI-generated and should be reviewed for accuracy before use.

Getting Started

Step 1 — Add the Bot

Add the Seev AI Assistant to a Webex space or start a direct conversation with it.

• Direct messages (1:1): Send a message directly — no @mention needed
• Group spaces: @mention the bot in any space to interact with it (e.g., @Seev help)

Step 2 — Authenticate (Login)

Before using the bot, you must link your Seev account:

1. Type login in the chat
2. A card appears with a Sign in to Seev button — clicking it opens your browser to the Seev login page at app.seev.ai
3. Log in with your Seev credentials on the web page
4. Once authenticated, the bot sends a confirmation message back in Webex

Step 3 — Select a Project

Once authenticated, select a project to give the bot context:
